Participation in Tours & Quests

Booking and Payment:

• Private bookings require full payment upon confirmation.

• Refunds are permitted with at least 14 working days written notice for private bookings.

• Public tours or quests can be paid for on our website or through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite, TicketSource, Skiddle and Design My Night. Please be aware that these bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

• Refunds for public tours or quests can be requested up to 3 days before the tour date, subject to the terms and conditions of the booking platform used.

Cancellation and Changes:

• We reserve the right to cancel or change a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or unexpected closures.

• If we have to cancel a tour, we will offer you an alternative date or provide a full refund.

• If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Conduct on the Tour:

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the designated tour time to ensure a timely start.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the tour for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

• Our tours involve walking, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.

Additional Information:

• All participants must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult.

• We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost during the tour. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Liability:

• Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour. We will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the tour.

• Please follow all safety instructions given by your guide and use caution when crossing roads or navigating uneven terrain.

Photography and Media:

• By booking a tour with us, you give us permission to take photos and videos of the tour for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please let your guide know before the tour starts.
